Haj Registration

| Haj registration process is on an advance registration scheme. Pilgrims can register their intention to perform haj. Each registration will be treated as individual registration or group registration.

| “Debarment Period” is a period of years (at least 10 years) in which the pilgrims cannot perform their haj. This “Debarment Period” is imposed to those pilgrims who have performed their haj before. This is to allow the first timers to perform their haj. Muis will cap repeaters to 10% of the places for any allocated Haj year.

| The admin fee is non-refundable. But if the pilgrims or their representative request for refund due to financial problem, decease, bed ridden or chronic illness, they must complete the cancellation and refund form and attached any relevant document e.g death certificate etc. The application is subject to approval by Management.

| It is not highly recommended to perform haj other than Singapore if they are holding a Singapore citizenship, as stipulated by Saudi Haj Ministry. But if they have valid reasons such as performing haj with their spouse that stay in the country that they want to perform their haj. E.g Malaysia , India or others, they have to make their own visa arrangements from the country they would depart.
Applicant must fulfil the conditions imposed by Lembaga Tabung Haji or the country that he will depart from.
Applicant must register with Muis if he wish to perform Haj through Lembaga Tabung Haji, Malaysia or other country.
