our beloved mosques are closed in our current situation with COVID-19, they
continue to play an important role in supporting low-income families, zakat
beneficiaries and the vulnerable groups.

From today, these 30 SD Mosques will resume accepting new applications for
Zakat Financial Assistance (FA). Anyone who would like to apply for Zakat FA
may contact the nearest SD mosque. Walk-ins will be seen during the specified
times, but appointments by phone are strongly recommended.

of both clients and mosque staff during these times. For instance, all Zakat FA
interviews will be done through phone calls to prevent prolonged face to face
and our mosques will continue to support the vulnerable in the community during
